How does the rental process work?

You can select outfits online or visit our store for trials. Once availability is confirmed, an advance payment is required to block your booking for your selected date. 
The outfit is then scheduled for delivery or pickup. At the time of receiving the outfit, you will need to pay the remaining rental amount along with a refundable security deposit. The outfit must be returned on the agreed return date, after which the deposit will be refunded once the item passes quality inspectionng.

Do you offer in-store trials and what if the outfit doesn’t fit?

Yes, we strongly encourage in-store trials before booking. If the outfit does not fit, we offer multiple alternatives. Minor adjustments can be done by our in-house team free of cost wherever possible.

What if the outfit is damaged or not returned?

Accepted Answer

Customers are responsible for returning outfits in good condition. Any damage including stains, tears, burns, or missing items will be charged based on repair or replacement cost and deducted from the security deposit. In case of severe damage or non-return, full product value may be charged.

What are the delivery, delay, and return policies?

If the outfit is not delivered on time due to our fault, no rental charges will be applied for that item. However, delays caused by incorrect information or customer unavailability are not our responsibility. All outfits must be returned on the agreed date, and late returns will result in charges deducted from the security deposit

Do you need ID proof and a security deposit to rent?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bring a valid government ID and pay a refundable security deposit for every rental. We return the deposit after you return the outfit and it passes inspection.
