Refund Policy

All bookings at Run The Style are confirmed against an advance payment. Once a booking is confirmed, the advance amount is non-refundable.

If a customer wishes to cancel or reschedule, requests must be made in advance and are subject to outfit availability. Date changes may be allowed at the discretion of Run The Style, depending on booking status.

The rental amount and security deposit are taken at the time of delivery or pickup.

 

The security deposit is fully refundable after the outfit is returned on time and in proper condition, following a quality inspection.

Deductions from the deposit may apply in case of:

• Late returns

• Damage, stains, or missing items

• Loss or misuse of the outfit

If a delay or issue occurs due to Run The Style’s fault, no rental charges will be applied for that product.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time after verification.
